Hello all,

 

My name is Justin Pfaff, and welcome to my blog. I have spent the last couple of years traveling and seeing the world thanks to my work. I am an avid nerd who likes playing tabletop games, watching sports, and most importantly being a good father, a role model to my son, and being a good husband to my wife. 

 

Over the last 9+ years, I have worked in a job that is incredibly demanding yet fulfilling. It has allowed me to live in the United Kingdom, Tokyo Japan, and Honolulu Hawaii, and it will take me to Colorado while I finish my final contract.

Over this time I have come to love traveling and experiencing new foods and cultures. I am a fan of technology and the ever-growing impact it has on our planet. I love leading and mentoring people to achieve and find their calling, both professionally and personally. I enjoy making my own salsa, mead, hot sauces, beer, and even dabbling in roasting my own coffee beans. I have also worked these last 9 years doing cyber security, information assurance, and data encryption services.

Finally, the logo you see on the top of the site is one I inherited from my late father who combined his love for his dog, a black and white greyhound with his love of creating, hence the name Cowdog Studios.

I realize this is an awful lot of reading, but my hope is that if I am upfront with you the reader, you will learn to trust in what I write about. Thank you for getting this far. I look forward to sharing more with you as time goes on.
